I am a 28-year-old maritime professional with a deep-rooted passion for the sea and a diverse skill set developed through various roles in the maritime and customer service sectors. Throughout my career, I have accumulated a range of practical experience, from yacht full management and charter management to vessel maintenance, repair, and guest services. My experience as the captain and owner of a tourist boat has strengthened my expertise in vessel handling, maneuvering, and safety protocols, as well as customer service and teamwork. I am known for my strong observational skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability, which allow me to quickly grasp and implement new concepts and procedures. My specific skill set includes watchkeeping, deck department leadership, maneuvering on deck, handling mooring lines, rope whipping, yacht painting, polishing, and overseeing cleaning procedures. Additionally, I possess a basic competence in sailing, catering, and table service. These technical skills are complemented by my personal qualities: I am calm, positive, energetic, communicative, self-motivated, and a dedicated team player. Having completed mandatory military service as a private in the Turkish Armed Forces, I gained invaluable discipline and a sense of responsibility that I carry into my professional life.
