1) Register and upload your CV CARD online. The procedure is simple, fast, intuitive and guided. Follow these three steps: 

1. Have your seaman details ready at hand (CVs, certificates, etc.). You will not have to attach any certificates.
2. Get a good quality photograph appropriate to the yachting sector to attach to your profile
3. Follow the instructions for registration

A personal account will be created on our portal.

2) Fill in all the CV registration page: incomplete CV CARDs will not be uploaded.

3) At the end of your registration, click on “UPLOAD CV" and your CV CARD will be posted on our portal anonymously. You will automatically be assigned an initial level badge called BLINK LEVEL, a badge that goes from number 1 to 10 matching your level of reference and work experience achieved to date. Badges are assigned based on the data you provide.

4) Now your CV CARD is uploaded online in an anonymous “Preview” version. With your CV CARD:

- you can apply for job offers that match your profile on our website

- owners can unlock your CV CARD and contact you.

5) You can get in touch with shipowners through an automatic e-mail service that is activated when a mutual interest arises between you and a shipowner when your CV CARD is uploaded online. Your sensitive information will be sent only to the owners interested in your profile and you will receive their information if you need to contact them, too.

6) You are now a member of YACHTBOOK and you can find a crew job through our portal.

1) - Register as a shipowner or as a representative (Captain, Manager, Recruiter or Head of research etc.), the procedure is simple, fast, intuitive and guided.

2) - Purchase a Commercial Product, you can post one or more boarding offers and you can get in touch with at least 30 seafarers for a minimum period of 30 days. You can choose between different packages according to your needs.

3) - By posting your yacht crew job vacancies online, you can take advantage of the following services:

• a) - Seafarers can apply to your job vacancies posted on our website.
• b) - You can download the candidates’ CV CARDS you are interested in at any time and even without posting a job vacancy.
• c) - You can both post crew vacancies and download cv cards of potential candidates at the same time.

4) -We follow you to get in touch with the maritime personnel through an automatic e-mail system that is activated when a mutual interest is triggered between you and the seafarers you are interested in.

5) - When you purchase a commercial product you are entitled to get in touch with a number of seafarers (30, 60, 90 etc.) set up in advance. If you find your ideal candidate without having used all the purchased resources, YACHTBOOK allows you to end the search and get a bonus that you can use within 18 months. The bonus corresponds to the unused contacts. By communicating the name of the seafarer you have chosen, you will also be entitled to an additional bonus you can use for personnel recruitment.

6) - You have now found your ideal crew members. And later on, You will be asked to provide work references. Remember to check that the seafarer's level of experience and reference always meets your needs.
