Introduction

I am a Master Mariner. I started of my career on tankers/oil chemical tankers where I reach the rank of Chief Officer. During my seagoing experience, I developed strong capabilities on handling demanding situations from a perspective of safety, crew management and of course, cargo handling. These qualities helped make my transition to the yacht industry smoother as I was able to collaborate easily with people from different backgrounds and understand the needs of the personnel and the clients. Being trained to follow the requests of big oil companies helped me develop the ability of easily adapting on client demands, work fast on providing what is needed and finding quick solutions on challenging situations. I believe that these qualities are crucial to yachting. Safety, personnel management and client care are predominant factors on this industry and I am well equipped on meeting these standards. During the Five (5) years I worked within the industry, on three mega yachts and on catamarans of various sizes,I enhanced my team working and leadership skills and maintenance( 20 / 5 years survey by LR , annual inspection, yearly maintenance, full paint job, etc) ., I enhanced my team working and leadership skills.
