Introduction

I am currently available, having finished my season in the Mediterranean as a sous chef onboard a 55m Charter Motor Yacht and looking for my next position. As you can tell from my CV, I'm 32 so I'm not new to the Hospitality industry, I have a degree in hotel management, culinary training included and a decade of experience. I have been referred to as the "Swiss army Knife". I can cook, clean, drop anchor, navigate, Make cocktails, handle lines and everything in-between. I have a B1/B2 and a Swiss passport and Living in London, UK. The value I add to any boat Isn't easily outlayable by a CV.
