I am currently available, having finished my season in the Mediterranean as a sous chef onboard a 55m Charter Motor Yacht and looking for my next position. As you can tell from my CV, I'm 32 so I'm not new to the Hospitality industry, I have a degree in hotel management, culinary training included and a decade of experience.
