Introduction

I am hereby applying for the position of cook at his yacht. I am a professional with extensive experience in the field of gastronomy, having worked as a chef and second chef in several restaurants and hotels in Italy, Germany and Brazil. Throughout my professional career, I have developed skills in kitchen management, dish creation and team leadership. I recently worked at the Una Hotel Versilia, where I was in charge of the kitchen from September to January and, After that, I held the role of second chef until the end of the contract.
