With a Master’s degree in Hospitality and Gastronomy, I have built a solid foundation in guest service and operations. My experience includes working as a receptionist and concierge at a busy aparthotel in Krakow, as well as in a high-volume, fast-paced coffee shop in Tenerife as a waitress/barista. Last year, I completed Superyacht Stewardess Training and gained hands-on experience as a dayworker aboard 33m and 36m M/Y, which led to a winter contract on the 33m M/Y. This experience is complemented by time spent on recreational yachts and catamarans during my diving training and travels. Running a vintage shop honed my attention to detail, as well as my ability to handle high-value linens and sewing repairs. Additionally, as an office coordinator, I managed office spaces for 90 employees, overseeing facilities, contracts, and supplies. I thrive in dynamic, team-oriented environments and I am always focused on delivering excellence.
